Roberts Residential Remodeling, Inc. is one of the oldest, most established residential remodeling companies in the Twin Cities. We are a 39-year-old design and build general contractor and are one of the only in the area that has its own in-house millwork shop. We are constantly growing and looking to add a Field Supervisor/Lead working carpenter to our crew.
Job Duties:
Assistant in project management of jobs. Coordinate work with our staff carpenters and subcontractors. Maintain job schedules, timelines and quality control. Communicate the details with clients such as project progress, daily site activities, answer any product/process questions. Would be required to frequently work alongside our staff carpenters in a lead roll on the job site. May be required to conduct layout of framing and assist in truss installation.
Qualifications Needed
5 Years + experience in framing and finish skills
Knowledge of building codes, ability to read blue prints, and do layouts
Additional skills such as tiling, drywall, flooring, siding, etc. a bonus but not required
Own truck/van and have a valid drivers license with good driving record
Own hand and power tools examples include framing and/or finish nailers, compressors, hoses, etc.
