Service technician experience is preferred but we specialize in training the right candidates. Weâll teach you the skills others will not. After about 3 months of training with us, youâll have superpowers you never knew you were capable of. You can advance faster if you really apply yourself, so we need someone motivated to learn and driven to succeed, ya know?

We need someone who understands that when you do the right thing, it always comes back around. Hitting numbers isnât as important to us as your character and attitude. Perfect example: one of my techs once saw an elderly lady trying to shovel her driveway next door to the job he just finished up, so he went over and shoveled the whole thing for her dontcha know.
Youâll mostly work 40 hours per week, but my techs volunteer to take turns helping people on weekends when itâs cold or hot. You betcha this is the kind of dedication Iâm looking for! I can assure you it will pay off.
