Aerotek is hiring Fabricators working with a local manufacturing company with a starting pay that ranges from $20.00 - $32/hr (paid weekly) depending on experience . Candidates with more manufacturing and machine operating experience will be eligible for the higher end of their pay scale. This is a long-term 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This position will start ASAP.Hours and Pay:1st Shift- 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday (Stay until 4:30pm with OT)2nd shift – 2:00pm – 12:00am Monday – Thursday (Start at Noon with OTJob Duties:· Prepping of material for production team within our facility· Clean and grind silencers· Prep materials for welding· Cut and prep insulation and screening for fabrication· Operate brake press, shear, rollers, and other fabrication equipment· Assist the welders with installation of welding materials· Use hand/power tools to build wooden palletsValue Propositions:· Growing company – Lots of room for internal growth· 3weeks PTO when hired on· 401K MatchQualifications:
