Description: Title- Technology Support Analyst Location Mesa, AZ. Not considering remote. This is an ONSITE position. Cannot provide sponsorship upon conversion. What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? The position will provide support and maintenance to the production PCS (Pharmacy Control System), including servers and workstations, as well as assisting with troubleshooting line issues and working with third-party vendors. IDEAL BACKGROUND: Experience in supporting a production line would be a plus. What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Experience with triaging issues with servers and workstations. Able to apply patches and install software. Self-motivated and pro-active. The more experience, the better. (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) • User applications and system configuration • Hardware setup • Troubleshooting issues • Reporting • Working with the technical services support staff • Serving as a key point of contact What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? • 2+ years experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server • 2+ years experience with PC troubleshooting • Network knowledge What skills/attributes are a must have? • High School Diploma or GED • 2+ years experience of systems administration experience • 2+ years experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server • 2+ years experience with PC troubleshooting • Network knowledge What skills/attributes are nice to have? • Bachelors Degree • Helpdesk experience • Project leadership experience • Experience writing SQL • Disaster Recovery experience • Altiris experience What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Day Shift, 8:00am-5pm 2. What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? One b. Video vs. phone? In Person c. How technical will the interviews be? Some technical questions, but mostly looking for the ability to triage, be flexible on hours, committed, flexible, able to work with a team.
