Make updates in content management system on Sitecore 9.3 to publish updates towebsites in support of new release for cohesive web ecosystem. Staff assigned hours for remote work in go-live command center and adhere to command center structure and process for prioritization, issues and escalation, testing/verification and reporting. Commit to shift assignments and communicate barriers as early as possible to ensure smooth command center operations.
Responsibilities
Review ServiceNow and email queues to monitor requests from service lines and other LOBs requesting update to content available on public-facing websites.
Clarify request for updates with individual or designee requesting the change.
Prioritize requests for change to enable smooth go-live according to go-live command center criteria.
Understand information architecture, site content and layout, data hierarchy including global vs. shared, nested and unique content, navigation tools etc. in client's instance of Sitecore 9.3.
Use content editor in Sitecore 9.3 to access websites, web pages and content to make required updates.
Complete, verify and publish updates to page components and fields required to complete the request for change to content.
Complete work processes in ServiceNow or email reporting sheets to track work intake and completion.
Report work productivity to shift leader in command center.
Verify shift schedule and communicate barriers to take on or complete assigned shifts to shift leader to enable command center operations.
Qualifications Expertise with Sitecore 9.3 CMS. Prior experience with managing and maintaining web content. Able to work shifts in command center setting to enable go-live (7am - 3:30 pm CT)
