Signature Consultants is seeking a Software Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Richfield, MN.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications
Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems
Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
Testing and deploying programs and applications
Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 7 years of java and web application development experience
Development IDE: Eclipse, Rational Application Developer or Similar Development Tools
Java, J2EE - Version 1.6 or higher
Hands on coding/review experience
Test Driven Development
full stack experience using both ReactJS and API is a strong plus
Automated testing experience is also a plus
API development
Web Services - SOAP, REST or other Web Service Protocol
Automated Testing Tools - UFT, Selenium, JUnit or other
WebSphere or other Web Application Servers
Secure Coding Practices
Experience with Source Control Management tools - Rational Team Concert, GIT or similar
Object Oriented Analysis and Design
MVC Framework - Spring or equivalent Framework. (Not springboot, but MVC with spring frameworks)
SQL, JDBC, Hibernate or MyBatis
Servlets
