Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Relations Specialist for our Rochester 2nd street office in Rochester, MN. Preferred candidates should possess the following qualities: a self-starter, professional and focused. They set the standard of service our members have come to expect in visiting any Altra Federal Credit Union location. A Member Relations Specialist should be outgoing, engaging, trustworthy, non-judgmental, confidential and focused.

As a Member Relations Specialist, you will greet the members and ask identifying questions to determine the nature of the member's visit to the office. They will assist with a variety of member transactions and account maintenance. The Member Relations Specialist is the face of Altra Federal Credit Union and represent Altra's brand to the fullest extent by helping our members live their best life!

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
