College Nannies + Tutors of Rochester is looking for outstanding MATH, SCIENCE, and ACT/SAT PREP Tutors for the spring semester. If you enjoy making a difference in students' lives by helping them succeed academically then this position was made for you! This position provides you with the opportunity to mentor and tutor several students through their high school years and college entrance exams. You will be making a difference in students lives by helping them build their confidence and knowledge base to get into the college of their dreams.
The details:
+ You set your schedule (5-15 hours per week)
+ Monday- Thursday 3pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-2pm
+ MATH: Subjects ranging from Algebra 1 to AP Calc
+ SCIENCE: Subjects ranging from Physical Science to AP Physics
+ ACT/SAT: Test prep
Responsibilities will include:
+ Tutoring students in ACT/SAT content and strategies for all sections of the test with a customized approach
+ Tutoring Maths and Sciences depending on need of the student
+ Using College Tutors resources and curriculum to assist in building students skill set
+ Acting as a mentor and role model for each student you work with.
+ Working one-on-one with each student
