Requirements/Must Haves:
At least 2 years of Sous Chef experience in high volume, fine dining, made from scratch concepts (Italian, American, seafood and pasta concepts helpful)
You must thrive on being passionate and committed to the creation of recipes, specials and menu items
You know and understand food trends and cooking techniques
Coach, develop and mentor staff
Previous experience leading daily operations of a high volume kitchen team
High School Diploma
Culinary training is always good
