Hilltop Camper and RV located in Oronoco, MN is now hiring Sales Consultants. If you have a passion for people and the desire to succeed, then this position is for you!
The ideal candidate will love helping and serving customers and have strong sales experience. 2 years of sales/dealership experience is preferred.
As an RV Sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact when a customer visits the dealership. If you are a self-starter who wants to work in a career where your income is determined by your own hard work and success, then please apply!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers who visit the dealership
Present and sell new and used RV products to new and existing customers
Strong Rapport building skills
Willingness and commitment to follow a sales process and ensure a satisfactory delivery
Driven to not only meet but exceed performance goals
Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience is preferred but not required
Great communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Strong and self-motivated personality is a must!
Prior experience working with customers and exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
Benefits:
Excellent pay plan with the ability to achieve $70K - $80K per year.
