Al's Specialty Marine of Rochester Minnesota, a successful dealership for 40 years, is currently seeking a full time technician. We sell Lund and Ranger boats as well as Premier and Ranger pontoons. We also sell and service Mercury, Evinrude, and Yamaha outboards. We are one of the oldest dealerships in Minnesota and are planning on being around for a long time and we are looking for another technician(s) to go forward with us.
Job duties will include:
- Diagnose and repair of boats, motors and trailers.
- Rigging and preparing of new and used boats.
- Installation, testing, and or repair of accessories such as trolling motors, depth finders,
jack plates, power poles, radios, etc.
- Use of fork lift to unload incoming freight and new boats.
Skills desired:
- Marine repair experience.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Basic electrical knowledge. (12 volt)
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate a fork lift and skid steer.
