Job Title: Customer Service Representative Company: American Leak Detection of Minneapolis – Saint Paul, MN Industry: Franchise Employment Type: Full Time – Hourly Location: Saint Michael, Minnesota Salary: $20 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at American Leak Detection of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support for all their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and helping to grow our business. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly wage of $20 to $25, paid biweekly Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Ongoing training and development opportunities Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by answering all inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to customers’ locations Maintain customer database and ensure accurate record keeping Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address any questions or concerns Take ownership of customer complaints and find effective solutions Assist with marketing and sales efforts by promoting our services and making outbound calls to potential customers Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service processes and procedures Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the office space Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM software Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Experience with Salesforce a plus but not mandatory EEOC Statement: American Leak Detection of Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
