Job DescriptionKelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative/ Donor Recruitment Associate for our client in St. Paul!How to apply: submit your resume to this opening our contact a Recruiter at 952-881-4020.Duties:
Coordinate communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, recruitment representatives and the blood center
Work with recruitment representatives to resolve general questions, recruitment issues, solve problems.
Schedule appointments for blood drives.
Assist Account Managers in maintaining and updating donor information.
Provide support calling of donors for blood drives.
Refers donor inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Uses software systems to produce queries, donor lists and other applicable reports to recruitment and management.
Requirements
HS Diploma
2 years of customer service experience
