Length: 6 month contract

Job Description - IT Systems Administrator
Position Summary:
User Services Remote Network Administration Program provides managed technology services to firms in the SFN Channel Partner distribution group.
As a Server Administrator you will be responsible for software packaging and deployment, partnering with our Vulnerability Management team to implement technical policy controls, and enhancing the overall infrastructure for the SFN Channel Partners.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Partner with SFS Compliance team to identify high priority technical policy and software packaging needs.
Package and deploy software in multi-domain, distributed environment leveraging PowerShell and PDQ Deploy/Inventory.
Test and implement technical policies using Group Policy, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and PowerShell as needed.
Coordinate with User Services consulting team to assist with scripting requests via PowerShell and overall infrastructure needs.
Log task, incidents, and project progress within ServiceNow.
Perform general windows based server monitoring and troubleshooting to resolve incidents and improve infrastructure.
Qualifications:
5+ years Windows-based IT Infrastructure experience (DNS, AD, DHCP, GPO)
Advanced PowerShell and Group Policy skillset
Solid understanding of software packaging and deployment
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver results working independently or in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PDQ Deploy / PDQ Inventory
Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Managed Service Provider experience
Physical job requirements:
Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Ability to utilize telephone for up to 2 hours per day
Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
