Client looking for a Business Readiness and Change Manager to join our team. This position will develop and deliver business readiness and change plans in accordance with program and project objectives. A successful candidate will enable project success through design, development and execution of people-focused strategies and plans that maximize preparedness, adoption and usage of new systems and processes and minimize resistance. He/she is responsible for understanding and capturing impacts, assessing readiness and ensuring the support and training needed for successful adoption.

This role would be part of a growing team in supporting shareholder services with the delivery of large scale and complex projects. This individual would work with project managers, business and IT partners to ensure program success by planning and delivery of business readiness and change activities.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Develop and implement business readiness and change management plans for assigned projects including communications, engagement, readiness assessment, risk mitigation and team & role alignment that will enable impacted users to successfully transition from current state to future state.
Help to identify training needs and work with the training lead to ensure training content is complete and deployed on time
Develop and maintain a readiness dashboard to measure progress across the project lifecycle and provide program leadership with regular status updates and identification of risks
Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program
Identify and articulate the change and impact of the change from a people, process, policy, and systems perspective across stakeholders
Work with project manager to integrate business readiness activities into overall project plan
Help define and build an internal competency to sustain the business solutions and drive continuous improvement
Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
Working knowledge of project management, business readiness, business process design and management, change management and effective communications methods
Transformation and systems delivery implementation experience with large complex initiatives
Experience conducting readiness assessments, facilitating and influencing process and change discussions, developing communication plans, identifying training needs and monitoring effectiveness
Ability to quickly interpret data to understand implications of various business readiness and process change scenarios
Experience conducting detailed impact assessments to document all impacts of process or tool change to determine training and communication needs and identify user readiness, support and resistance levels
Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strategic and tactical thinking, with focused attention on details, results and execution
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
Willing and able to work extended hours as needed
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project or Change Management
Experience requirements
3-5 years of prior experience in delivery of large scale complex programs in project management, business readiness and change planning roles
