Location: Saint Paul, MN (Remote till Covid State Restrictions)
Job Description: Client is seeking a Developer who is a SharePoint expert and can easily step in to pick up required work, provide knowledge transfer, and advise on SharePoint best practices.
The Consultant will be responsible for:
Web design
Building pages
Developing and documenting custom forms and features
Creating and maintain SharePoint collaboration site structure
Content management
Tasks:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop to support updated workflows, forms, etc.
Assist with building out and migrating to a SharePoint farm
Provide development on the SharePoint Development/Management – website to include:
Graphics (PhotoShop, Illustrator)
Web Design
CSS changes
Building pages
Develop and document custom forms and features
Provide SharePoint Government Community Cloud Management to include:
Manage DPS Intranet, Project, SLB, Partner, and Teams site collections
Research, troubleshooting, and training on SharePoint collaboration sites
Create and maintain SharePoint collaboration site structure
Create and manage SharePoint permissions
Content management
Provide documentation of work and knowledge transfer to staff
Minimum Qualifications:
Six (6) months experience working in a government setting
Two (2) engagements of six (6) months performing SharePoint upgrades and/or migration
One (1) engagement that includes maintenance and development of website on SharePoint platform
Preferred Qualifications:
Understand of SharePoint on premise architecture.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
SharePoint custom development with programming knowledge in .NET, C#, REST API, jQuery, JavaScript, html5 and CSS.
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, PowerShell, and Visual Studio.
