You'll process both internal and external customer requests make outbound calls to follow up on questions or errors, and take calls from internal Associates for special handling requests.
You'll be responsible for taking and receiving customer and business partner calls and processing internal work and customer requests. You must be able to transition quickly from processing work to answering questions.
Basic Qualifications Minimum qualifications for consideration:
At least 2 years customer service experience in the financial services institution
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients
Excellent Team Player
Strong computer application skills such as Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
