Required Experience/Skills;
1-2 years customer service experience/recruiting experience is helpful
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Customer service mindset with desire to create great candidate experiences
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Flexible self-starter eager to support changing business needs
Network and work in a team culture environment
