PERSONAL ASSISTANT POSITION

Primary Position Duties:
1. Caring companionship
2. Meal planning and preparation
3. Light housekeeping and laundry
4. Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
5. Communicates effectively with all office staff
6. Maintain a safe client environment and report any suspected vulnerable abuse,
neglect or financial exploitation
7. Maintain client confidentiality and treat clients and families with respect
8. Understand, accept, and respond to the emotional needs of each client
9. Participates in annual training and other champion trainings
10. Accepts and fulfills assignments and exercises judgement in accepting new assignments.
Position Requirements:
1. Have demonstrated sympathetic attitude toward care of others who are vulnerable
2. Have a clean driving record, reliable vehicle and pass background checks.
3. Possess the ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
4. Have demonstrated the ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgement.
