Essential Job Functions:
Follow up on new vehicle Internet leads
Work with New Car Sales Managers to determine a proper follow up plan on new vehicle leads
Respond to all chat conversations until contact is made
Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule
Track all activity on new vehicles in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
Schedule new vehicle appointments for the New Vehicles Sales Professionals
Communicate all appointment activity with appropriate Managers and Sales Consultants
Maintain customer notes and contact information through CRM software
Attend all required meetings and training sessions
Call GMC, Buick, Nissan and Lincoln Manifest lists provided with unique offers for people in the market
Obtain certification training from Nissan/GM
Qualifications/Skills:
Effective spoken and written communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and use call scripts to guide the phone calls
Prompt and courteous
Strong attention to detail
Experience taking high volume calls in a fast paced environment (preferred)
Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects
Ability to successfully handle up to 150 prospects each month and make over 100 calls a day
At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a dealership)
Basic computer skills
