We are seeking a Service Coordinator personnel to join our team of Leaders at our Waite Park location.
Proactive and reactive regulation of all Technicians including hiring, training, motivation, career development, reviews and safety
Analyze installation productivity and recommend changes to improve customer service and profitability
Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer issues as they arise, including answering incoming calls and returning calls.
Promote open and positive communication (both in verbal and written form) with employees, departments, customers and vendors
Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner
