Reliable Premium Management Inc. provides pay-as-you-go insurance solutions to business owners nationwide. Weve been in business for over 15 years and pride ourselves in good old-fashioned customer service. Our business hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. We will consider candidates interested in working 4-5 days per week or 32-40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Acquire a thorough understanding of the business model.
Communicate via phone and email; building relationships with clients.
Diligent, consistent attention to detail and management of administrative aspects of job including management and maintenance of company CRM.
Demonstrate positive attitude and respect for co-workers and maintain positive relationship with co-workers.
Proactively seek guidance and direction from manager and co-workers as needed.
Maintain in-depth and continuing understanding of company technology, products, and services.
Assist with company marketing efforts.
Support the companys corporate culture including adhering to established ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate successfully with clients and handle inquiries from clients via phone or email.
Fluency in written and verbal Spanish.
Team player who also works well independently.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, research, and find answers to questions.
Self-Starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Resourceful and well-organized.
Ability to assess situations and provide proactive advice or solutions.
Operates standard office equipment and a computer utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to maintain regular schedule for completing tasks and job duties as assigned.
Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and services a plus.
High School Diploma, required. Some College Education a plus.
