Central Minnesota Medical Massage is looking to hire a part-time to full-time certified massage therapist for our practice.
We are looking for a certified massage therapist with great contact and interpersonal skills who can integrate various techniques to create safe and balanced sessions. Our ideal candidate would have a couple of years of experience but we welcome inquiries from exceptional recent grads as well.
Current member of a Professional Massage Therapy entity (ABMP, AMTA, NCBTMB).
Diploma or higher from an accredited Massage Therapy Program
Massage Therapist will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with patients. A well-rounded individual with a strong Deep Tissue ability and knowledge of the human body in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise physiology. Knowledge of pathology and condition specific massage therapy. An ability to asses the tissue and educate patients on self-care and confidence to build and keep a patient base.
Candidates must be comfortable and confident answering questions and able to communicate well with others.
We have a number of possible shifts throughout the week available to offer the right candidate. Primarily we are looking for someone with availability/interest in working evening and alternating Saturdays. Additionally, there are many opportunities throughout the year to fill in on days when other staff are out of the office.
