Heritage of Foley is an 78 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center not far from St. Cloud, MN. When you walk through the door, we hope you experience feelings of warmth and comfort from your surroundings and from the smiles of our staff. We have transitional care, long term care and memory care.
Our campus also offers memory care, rehab, adult care services and assisted living.
Qualifications
Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certificate with the State of Minnesota.
Must hold current CPR certification
Have a minimum of 2 years experience working with elders, preferably with Dementia/Memory Care experience.
Must have strong skills in communications, organization, and basic computer programs i.e. Microsoft Office programs.
