The role includes managing the movement of cows to and from the milking parlor. Includes grooming and cleaning cow beds and alleys, assisting with delivery and care of newborn calves, and management of cow feed. Must assist with milking in the parlor when needed by team member. Must be able to operate a skidloader, be physically able to walk throughout the dairy buildings and handle medium duty physical tasks during an eight hour shift.
