Responds to work orders on a daily basis, according to facility needs, and completing tasks on schedule.
Communicate with appropriate management for coordination and implementation of tasks and timelines.
Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used and labeled in accordance with the manufacturers instructions as outlined in the Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Maintains strict adherence to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety rules and regulations.
Responsible for repair and/or routine maintenance of building components and mechanical equipment, and to update replacements inventory as needed.
Must take accountability for the cleanliness and overall condition of the property and grounds when performing tasks.
Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and organized work area in the shops.
Ensures compliance with all company service standards, policies and procedures.
Interacts with guests and other departments in a respectful, professional and courteous manner.
When required to operate a company vehicle, a valid drivers license will be required.
Any and all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years experience in building maintenance or occupationally significant combinations of vocational education and/or on-the-job training.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
PLT low-voltage license preferred.
If required, must be able to pass company pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
If required, must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority and follow all relevant DGRs.
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
