Looking for top notch CNC lathe machinist.
We take great pride in producing the best products in the gun industry and we are searching for CNC lathe machinists who hold quality and attention to detail in the highest regard.
We are expanding and in order to meet current demand for our outstanding products we are looking to hire individuals who meet the following criteria:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operation of assigned MAZAK lathes involving precision tolerances.
Experienced in inspection processes, instruments and techniques.
Ability to accomplish print to part functionality.
Responsible for quality and non-conformance throughout shift.
Guide team towards monthly throughput numbers and pertinent KPIs.
Strive for accurate and 100% complete documentation.
Ability to work safely and encourage others to do the same.
Effectively promote communication to subordinates and between other shifts.
Enforce company rules and policies always.

Required Education
High school or equivalent
10 plus years as a machinist
Minimum 2 years supervising others.
