Position: Manufacturing and Customer Coordinator
Description: This position would work heavily with our purchasing staff members and project coordination staff members to help establish schedules for in-house manufacturing and production, as well as schedules for customers . This person would be responsible for working with customer representatives (commercial construction project management teams) to establish dates for when our installation teams will be sent out to install for our customers. At times, the position will need to work with our suppliers and vendors to verify production is following schedule, and following up with suppliers/vendors will be in an as needed capacity. The position may also include other duties like aiding in monthly inventory assessment.
-Emphasis in customer service.
-Experience in working on project scheduling.
-Strong proficiency in utilizing Excel.
-Background or familiarity with construction project coordination would be a benefit, but is not required.
