General Summary:Under supervision, perform a variety of tasks related to the finishing process according to department production guidelines.Essential Functions:Job Description:Edger Operation Edger Calibration Pin beveling operation (Finish)Hand stone operation including sizing and rollsRoll and polishOperating manual drillMounting of frames including Zyl, metal and 3-piece Faceting and edge polishingManual edge polishingFinish blockingTinting Operating auto drill machineMachine calibration to manufacturer’s specificationsMaintain unit standards, processes and procedures to ensure efficient, accurate and measurable results.Job Specifications:Minimum one-year experience in a production/manufacturing environmentExperience working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to meet department standards for productivity and qualityAbility to read and write at a level necessary to accomplish the above tasksGood manual dexterity and hand/eye coordinationAbility to recognize and distinguish colors.Ability to perform physical activities requiring bending, kneeling and pulliing/pushingAbility to understand and follow proceduresAbility to lift to 30 poundsAbility to walk or stand up to 100% of the timeWorking Conditions The working environment is well lighted and ventilated.
