NAPA Central MN is a locally owned group of 20 NAPA Auto Parts stores in Central MN. We specialize in Domestic and Import Automotive Parts, Ag and Heavy Duty Parts, Tools and Equipment, Automotive and Industrial Paints, Machine Shop Services, and Accessories.
Our Main Office Location in St. Cloud is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time or Part-Time Office and Accounts Receivable position. This person will work directly with our company Office Manager.
The position will be primarily responsible for processing Accounts Receivable payments made by customers as well as following-up with collection calls to customers on past due balances to ensure collection within terms. As well as assisting with other administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic administrative support as needed
Research and update credit information for new and existing accounts
Monitor customer's credit activity and payment history
Collection calls on past due balances to ensure collection within terms
Receive payments and accurately apply to customers' accounts
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Assist with reconciling reports
Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication, organization, and team work
Driving Record Acceptable to Our Insurance Company
Able to lift up to 20 pounds
High Standards for confidentiality and overall customer service
