StratX IT Solutions is looking for a full-time IT Help Desk Technician to provide remote support to our client base. Our newest StratXian is a highly proactive and reliable person capable of working independently and as part of a team, completing and escalating incidents as needed.

Our technicians work on a variety of issues every day. It is important that our new StratXian have
Excellent verbal & written communication skills; excellent customer service & organizational skills
Proficiency with desktop applications including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, VPN access, and Adobe
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and other hosted email solutions
Proficiency with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
Experience using and troubleshooting network printers and UPS devices
Experience using and troubleshooting tablets and mobile devices
Experience with virus removal
Experience with peripheral devices (scanners, monitors, webcams, etc.)
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server
Understanding of backup software
Understanding of WAPs, routers, firewalls, and network switches

-2+ years of customer service experience in a technology company
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Active listening skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Associates and/or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
