Diesel Technician
Job Description:
Rebuilds, replaces, or repairs major vehicle components, assemblies and systems including transmissions, suspensions, etc.Performs tune-ups, regular vehicle maintenance and preventative care as needed.
Required Skills:1. Advanced knowledge of diesel and engine maintenance and repair.2. Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs independently. 3. Ability to operate equipment and tools involved in vehicle repair. 4. Knowledge of all operating systems on heavy trucks. 5. Experience is overhead crane operationsPreferred Skills: 1. DOT Inspector Certification 2. CDL license 3. Previous Forklift Certification 4.
