Essential job duties of the Service Technician:
Problem analyses - troubleshoot error codes in HVAC, plumbing troubles for residential and light commercial applications
High Customer service - work with the customer to determine the best fix for the problem
Proper use of necessary tools and equipment
Ability to communicate with contractors, construction workers, co-workers, inspectors, homeowners, etc.
Proper testing of systems - HVAC or plumbing
Keep an organized work vehicle and project site
Minimum requirements of the Service Technician:
Valid Class D Driver's License
Clean driving record
Mechanical ability and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
After hours/on-call service availability
Ability to communicate effectively
Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
Well groomed, neat appearance
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
