Veteran Recruitment ManagerJob Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Veteran Recruitment Manager for a contract position in St. Paul, MN which can be worked 100% remotely.Position Summary: We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual who has the drive to succeed to work for a Veteran owned company that is head-quartered in Minnesota. Talent Software Services has been in business for over 30 years and is investing daily in our future. We are currently in search of a Veteran Recruitment Program Manager to help us further create and expand our Veteran Talent Search Program (VTS).Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
We are looking for a someone to work Talent's top 2021 organizational initiative. Will be working with our executive leadership team to build a plan to drive the recruitment of veterans. Some duties will include:

• Implementing a Veteran Recruitment Strategy around Veteran and Veteran Spouse hiring
• Expand our existing Veteran Talent Search Program (VTS)
• Research and recommend tools for Veteran Hiring.
• Help develop a marketing strategy.

We are looking for a Veteran Recruitment Program Manager who has a passion for helping connect veterans with jobs in the civilian world. In addition, it is vital for success that this person be highly organized and processed oriented with an element of creativity.

Qualifications:

• Military Veteran
• Experience hiring military veterans.
• Has built out a process or strategy for hiring a diverse candidate pool preferably Veterans.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools that could be leveraged to hire Veterans and their spouses.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
• Self-starter
• Process and solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with solid documentation skills
• Be energetic and enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude.
• Must be a team player.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
