Job Summary Provides facilitative leadership to a diverse team of a team of specialists who are responsible for supporting the design, engineering and implementation of highly complex integrated product/network solutions. Supervises the work of non-exempt specialists who support business account project managers. Monitors work flow to ensure adequate work balance, and reassigns resources where necessary to meet project deadlines in a timely manner. Assists subordinate team members in the management of the customer lifecycle, from customer acquisition through billing activation across the product portfolio. Uses leadership ability to coach and mentor specialists. Provides immediate supervision, monitors workflow, and assigns tasks, goals and objectives. Participates in hiring, termination, performance, and salary reviews. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school Two years experience in a customer facing environment Two years experience and/or technical education/training troubleshooting computer hardware, mobile phones, or other electronic devices Two years working with/in billing, data applications, data services and network performance One year experience working Sprint's products and services One year supervisory or leadership experience Preferred Qualifications At Sprint, we're more than just talk.
