LOCATION: Woodbury, MN DURATION: Ongoing (no end date) PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The contracting position will provide analytical support and serve as a liaison for activities related to security, compliance and internal/external audits, with assistance and direction from senior staff. The position will support formal Periodic Access Reviews (PAR) process which is also referred to as Access Certifications, for applications containing confidential, financial, or private information. This position will be exposed to Segregation of Duties, ensuring only the correct individuals have the right level access as well as ensuring all associated infrastructure (servers, databases, schedulers, code migrator tools) access is reviewed. The function will support the team by processing security and compliance reviews by generating access reporting, report formatting, communicating and distributing reports, collecting and compiling attestations, coordinating removals, and validating results by participating in QA checks. This role is highly analytical and requires investigations and research while working collaboratively with both business .and. IT teams throughout the entire company. 90% - Support Participate in and contribute to the Periodic Access Reviews process and meet basic deadlines and expectations Leverage tools such as PowerShell, SQL Scripts, etc. to generate access reports/format and report design/creation Analyze user access reports for inappropriate access Distribute and manage reviews using email, instant messaging and/or phone Compile attestations Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews to ensure quality Assist audit requests (pull and organize reports and documentation) Research and investigate issues surrounding access Track, report and maintain all processes, tools and documentation related to security and compliance procedures Present and facilitate meetings with business and IT partners Independently manage workload and report on status Inform Senior Staff or Manager with any concerns related to security or compliance issues 10% - Projects Provide leadership in small to medium projects as required Attend and participate meetings as required Provide Senior Staff or Manager with weekly status report REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years BA Analyst practical work experience or 1 3 (or more) years of experience working with IT, Information Security, legal, audit and compliance with understanding of IT or security frameworks PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE Strong analytical skills to analyze business and IT processes and effectively communicate Experience contributing to projects and multi-tasking with diverse groups and locations General knowledge of IT systems, application, infrastructure and network components and processes Strong presentation, time and project management, organizing, problem solving, critical thinking skills Practical experience working with MS Office especially Excel and MS Access, a plus
