Highly successful, privately held real estate investment and management which specializes in boutique apartment investments, seeks a Controller to work on a part time basis. Much of the work can be done from a remote location. The responsibilities include supervision of AR, AP, insurance and payroll. It will also include opening and closing multiple LLC's on a monthly basis.
