Grounds Maintenance Manager
Under minimal supervision, the grounds maintenance manager plans, directs, coordinates and performs grounds maintenance services in support of Coastal Cemeteries. Employees in this job class manage cemetery maintenance staff and activities related to planning, designing, installing, and maintaining landscaped areas, grass areas, memorials, roads and anything related to Coastal Cemeteries and parking lots of assigned facilities. This employee also performs all duties necessary to complete any given objectives.
Duties Include:
Perform and carry out all given objectives to ensure the vision is carried out in a timely manner.
Plan, organize and supervise all functions of all cemetery gardens
Trains, motivates, assigns and evaluates the work of the grounds maintenance team.
Maintains the team's schedule to ensure that all required members are available when needed.
Ensures all work performed is of high quality and provided in a timely manner.
Performs regular grounds inspections.
Maintains inventory of all necessary tools and supplies.
Schedules preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

Basic Tool knowledge
Salary/Benefits based on experience:
16-21 per/hour
