FULL /PART TIME grill/ fry line cook, dishes/prep needed. Must be experienced in handling and preparing fresh seafood fried or grilled to order. Knowledge of operation of all kitchen equipment, fryer filter, slicer, etc. required. Having the ability to follow a prep list guideline flawlessly and consistently is mandatory. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
