Position open for Maintenance/Repair person for local restaurant, Cajun's Fabulous Fried Chicken, and three (3) commercial real estate properties.
Five (5) day work week, paid weekly, paid vacation. Applicant must be dependable with reliable transportation (truck preferred) and able to pass drug and background check.
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Grounds Maintenance to include Mowing, Trimming, Blowing
- Pressure Washing
- Window Washing
- General Building Repairs
- Electrical basic
- Plumbing basic
- Painting as needed
Part time, could be 40 hours.
