we are hiring experienced Property Manager/Leasing Agent. We required background check and drug test. Bouns available depend on performance. Primary Responsibilities: Telephone & In person presentation, Rental application verification & submit to Property Manager for approval, Guest card follow up, Move in file preparation, Lease renewal resident paperwork completion, Leasing, Marketing, move in computer data input, Intent to vacates review, verification & recording, Assist with community errands as warranted, Office mail & correspondence distribution, Participate in routine Manager/Assistant Manager on call- schedule and assure of adequate after hours coverage at all times, Filing repair orders & resident lease file information, Effective resolution of resident complaints and concerns, Assure that residents are contacted when there is a delay in completing a repair order that was called in, Document repair orders reported by residents, Inspects apartments prior to resident files, which includes reviewing move-in paperwork with new residents, Coverts phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residents in order to tour the community, and follows up with all prospective residents via phone, mail, or email. Must have computer knowledge. We use Buildium property management software. Must represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Hours Monday-Friday 9 to 5.
