Experienced apartment and residential painters needed immediately.
-Must have minimum three years experience.
-Must have personal hand tools.
-Must have reliable transportation to transport tools and materials to multiple job sites per day.
-Must have smart phone with data.
-Must be able to work at a fast pace and alone.
-Must have excellent communication skills.
-Must have clean neat professional appearance.
-Must have whites.
-Must know how to do drywall repairs, wall & ceiling textures.
-Must be available to work Saturdays when required.
Compensation is paid bi-weekly. (No Exceptions) Probation period pay is $100.00 per day, after probation period, pay will be based by the job. (Average pay is between $550 - $850 per week but can be more) Apartments painted must be completed within one day during typical business hours 8:00 am - 6:30 pm unless it requires major repairs or additional work.
This is EXTREMELY steady work! Monday-Friday and some Saturdays ALL year around excluding major holidays. Looking for long term candidates! Have been in business over 10 years on the coast with painters working for us 8+ years. We are dedicated to our customers and will go above and beyond to service them.
