Help Wanted: Window and Door Installers Needed!
Are you an experienced installer with a passion for quality workmanship? We're hiring skilled individuals to join our team at Window World across our five territories: Coastal Mississippi, Mobile, AL, Central Mississippi, and Montgomery, AL.
Position: Window and Door Installer
Locations: Coastal Mississippi, Mobile, AL, Central Mississippi, and Montgomery, AL
Responsibilities:
Install windows and doors with precision and care
Ensure all installations meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in window and door installation
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have general liability insurance with coverage of $1 million - $2 million
Must carry Workman's Comp insurance
Must have a trailer (open or enclosed) for hauling materials
Must have an aluminum brake and be efficient with aluminum bending and metalwork
EPA Lead Certification is a plus; if not certified, we will provide training and certification.
Must have tools including a table saw, miter saw, and be capable of interior casing and jamb extensions (carpentry required)
Must have some form of business incorporation (e.g., LLC, Corporation, etc.)
Additional Skills:
Ability to provide hurricane protection for coastal territories in Mississippi and Alabama is a plus.
Note: Installers will primarily cover their closest territory. Willingness to travel to other territories is a plus and leads to more work opportunities.
