Assistant Marina Manager will report to and assist Marina Manager in full operation of the Marina.
Responsibilities will include: Supervising employees, operation of fuel dock, launching and retrieving boats by trailer and large forklift, use of tractor, property maintenance, janitorial duties, and assisting Marina Manager with office operations.
Education/Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years supervising employees in previous job experience, boating knowledge and experience recommended, previous experience with forklift or tractor a plus.
Applicant Requirements include: Ability to work full-time, including many weekends and all summer holidays, ability to tolerate long periods in the sun and heat, ability to learn to operate small tractors and large forklift, ability to learn boating skills. Work site will be on and near the water, ability to swim recommended.
Initial pay will be determined by previous experience and work history.
