OPEN LOCATION + 75% TRAVELPosition Summary:The primary purpose for this position is to manage delivery-related activities for services engagements and implementations across multiple practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring achievement of all delivery-related performance objectives, utilization targets, revenue targets, and other key metrics. This role also participates in uncovering other Sirius revenue/business opportunities within the accounts they cover.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages delivery projects, including Sirius delivery team members, alliance partners, and subcontractor
Ensures all delivery teams achieve established performance target
Ensures services solutions are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and meet all quality and design specifications
Ensures appropriate margin targets are established, project scope is well defined, and project risk is acceptable
Maintains a billable utilization target through Project/Program Management or Delivery work on projects at assigned accounts
Collaborates with sales team in closing other Sirius business (hardware, software and services), including personal participation in the selling proces
Authors or approves all SOWs and projected financial outcome
Cultivates the company reputation as a leading edge provider of services solutions
Implements best practices and process improvements to increase services capability, revenue, and profitability
Position Requirements:Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
At least seven (7) years of consulting and Project Management experience with large enterprise cross-brand projects, and at least five (5) years hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies:
eCommerce
Portals
Security
Big Data/Analytics
Artificial Intelligence
Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics
Other Position Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, B2B Integration/EDI and/or Digital Marketing Tools (Experience Optimization, Analytics, Omni-channel Campaign Management)
Demonstrated experience leading advanced and complex technology projects in support of business initiatives
Proven ability to understand clients’ business challenges, build trusted advisor relationships, and lead business and strategy discussions with clients, influencing client decisions
Demonstrated ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new solution/product development
Demonstrated ability to transfer technical skills/knowledge to client
Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-up skills
Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and personnel management skills
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of project estimation and scoping experience
Graduate technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
PMP certification
Consulting experience with Fortune 25 clients
Retail industry experience
