Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Our team partners closely with leaders to set the strategic direction of the long-term product roadmap. We analyze the trends that shape our world, and apply them to our portfolio of products to identify how to position Meta for long-term success. We particularly focus on themes of monetization and how to evolve Meta’s business model.We are looking for a visionary and seasoned leader to join the core leadership team of the Novi Product Group and to help set the strategic direction of our payments and financial services efforts. Novi’s mission is to empower everyone, everywhere to access the world financial system to accelerate financial inclusion and economic empowerment. The Novi product organization develops all payments and financial service experiences that exist across the Meta Ecosystem, powering everything from Ads to Commerce/Shops and creating the core building blocks of the Metaverse. Given the platform nature of the Novi Org, we anticipate this role will spend a significant amount of time working closely with partner teams in Commerce, Ads, Business Messaging, and Reality Labs.Required Skills: Strategically evaluate our current product portfolio and roadmap, evaluate new opportunities, build a deep understanding of the market trends (including emerging blockchain/”web 3.0” technologies), evolve our product strategy, and guide long-term roadmaps

Influence product leadership in payments and more broadly across the company to achieve our mission and strategy

Lead and grow an existing high-performance strategic team

Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product strategy at a consumer tech/ecommerce company and/or strategy consulting with exposure to consumer tech/ecommerce and/or product management

Track record of developing and leading high-performance, nimble and analytically rigorous teams

Experience shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and focus

Preferred Qualifications: Substantive experience in the payments/fintech and/or ecommerce industry

Experience driving innovation at leading tech company

Preference for candidates with experience in blockchain/decentralization
