Job Title: SAP HCM CONSULTANT Work Location: Jackson, Mississippi
HCM Consultant with minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM including implementation and application support. Projects experience in a variety of industry environments. Candidates should have one or more areas of expertise in the following position responsibilities and requirements area:
Position Responsibilities:
Perform functional analysis, requirements definition and SAP HCM module configuration and testing.
Work with other team members and user groups to solve business problems with available technologies.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in SAP HCM including PA, OM, Benefits (US), Payroll (US), Time Management (Positive) and Portal (ESS/MSS)
Knowledge of cloud solutions (SuccessFactors) and its integration with on premise applications.
Ability to develop functional requirements specifications, technical specifications and setting of configurations.
Understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of business solutions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as MS Azure
Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow) and Testing tool - HP ALM.
