Responsibilities
Lead on-site safety training and orientations for all workers
Perform daily safety audits and identify potential risks
Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
Support development of safety plans for high-risk activities
Provide real-time guidance to field teams on hazard prevention
Track and report site safety metrics and performance
Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsRequirement
4+ years of experience in construction safety
Working knowledge of OSHA (CFR 1926) regulations
Strong communication skills (comfortable leading groups)
Ability to identify risks and drive proactive solutions
Proficiency with safety systems and technology
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field preferredWork Environment
Active construction job sites (outdoor work, walking, climbing, lifting)
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat
