Base Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus, health benefits, 401k, and significant growth opportunities
Hotel Brand Manager Responsibilities:
Build relationships and regularly meet with hotel owners, managers, and staff
Manage all aspects of training within the hotel to ensure brand standards are met
Act as a liaison between hotel ownership and corporate
Improve and maintain high guest satisfaction scores through online websites
Hotel Brand Manager Requirements:
2+ years of Hospitality experience with a focus on customer service
Experience with Hotel Operations in a management role
Must have excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and self-managed.
