Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams in Jackson, MS is looking for one food prep/dishwasher to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and break down workstations
+ Clean pots & pans from lunch service
+ Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
+ Label stock and inventory all ingredients
+ Prep for next day's catering
+ Mop floors & clean bathrooms
Qualifications
+ Experience working in BOH position
+ Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
+ Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Reliable transportation
